Chemotherapy Diet

Now that my immunity isn’t what it used to be I cannot simply eat whatever I wish. Everything has to be cooked or at least steamed.

Basically, no salad (uncooked vegetables), no sushi, no half-boiled eggs.

In the meantime, I tried getting myself healthy again, so I opted to forgo junk foods, processed foods and sweet drinks too.

That’s just half the foods that I enjoy. Easy.

I lost my sense of taste for 4 months, so all the foods tasted either bland or bitter anyway. The only thing that I could taste and tasted good was boiled chicken LOL.
